Kitty Cat Bounty

With Bounty Hunting still fresh in my mind I came across this article.
Apparently a small Iowa town (I mean SMALL, Population: 200) has more stray cats than it has people, so the local government put out a bounty on the heads of all stray cats, $5 a piece. Now I was a little disappointed to find out they had to be alive (sorry guys, not a cat lover). Latest Career title change: Nicholas Kamm, Professional Bounty Hunter, Specialization: Small Kitties (Preferably de-clawed).
