Gibberish Paper Accepted by WMSCI

I've already posted once today, but this one was too funny to pass up, MIT students submitted a paper to WMSCI (the World Multi-Conference on Systemics, Cybernetics and Informatics) that was written by a computer program they created to generate random "context-free" jargon.
